CA. Shaji Mathew is the Co-Founder & Senior Partner of the Firm. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & a B. Com Graduate from Fatima Collage, Kollam. He has over 30 Years of experience in both practice & industry both in India & Abroad. He is also a Rao Memorial Gold medal winner for attaining the highest marks in B. Com Final Year & received the Alex Memorial Prize for the highest score in Accountancy from Fatima Collage, Kollam. He went on to qualify Chartered Accountancy in the year 1989. Since then he has worked in areas of Assurance & Audit, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Financial & Management Consultancy Services for a wide range of Business Entities in India & abroad which include a period of 8 years as Head of Finance of a Major Retail Chain in the GCC.
CA. Ajith Jacob Geevarghese is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India holding the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), and holds Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks and is a B. Com Graduate of the Bharathiar University in Coimbatore. He was one among the 0.1% Candidates to receive the Merit award from the CBSC Board for the Highest Score in Economics and Stood as a Distinction Student in his School. Prior to qualifying his Chartered Accountancy, he was a student speaker and made Paper Presentations on Technical Topics. He strong exposure in areas of Audit & Assurance, Direct & Indirect Taxation Advisory, Financial & Management Consultancy, Corporate Compliances, Start-Up Advisory & other Business Advisory Services. A strong advocate of Innovation in the workplace. He is also a passionate corporate trainer & has handled sessions on both Technical & Soft Skill Areas.
